AI is used to automate the creation process, saving time and money while providing immediate value by eliminating mundane tasks. Clixie AI is easy to sell as a SaaS product, with affordable entry pricing and full enterprise licenses available. The company has an experienced executive management team and board; locations in the U.S., Brazil and Mexico; existing customers; a strong product; and large enterprise sales partners.

Guest Speaker: Terrence J.L. Reeves, Current Trends in Financings

This session will be an interactive presentation by GwC attorney Terrence J.L. Reeves. It aims to provide founders, investors, and ecosystem partners with the foundational knowledge of key terms and concepts found in financings. Terrence will also share insights on current trends and market terms, and conclude with time for Q&A.

Terrence represents emerging growth companies at all stages of development, and the investors that fund them. His practice includes general corporate and financing matters, entity formation, corporate governance, software licensing, and venture capital financings.

Prior to launching GwC, Terrence spent his career advising public and private companies at leading U.S. and international law firms, having reached the status of partner and VC practice chair. Terrence was also an angel-backed tech founder. In addition to his career in the private sector, Terrence previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney. Terrence is an active angel investor with Gaingels and a frequent speaker on venture capital and entrepreneurship.
